We are excited to invite a dedicated and proactive Legal PA to join the growing Dublin office of our client, who are an international law firm. Their Commercial Disputes team is renowned for handling high-profile, high-value disputes locally and internationally. About the Role

As a Legal PA in the Disputes team, you will support the Head of Disputes, Ireland, and a team of esteemed partners and fee earners. Your role will be diverse, including PA support, managing financial performance, and assisting with client billing and reports. You will handle comprehensive diary management, travel arrangements, and meeting preparations, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Your responsibilities will also encompass preparing court pleadings, managing documents, and supporting Business Development activities. You will play a key role in their Client Relationship Partner initiatives, aiding in organising and attending events, compiling client reports, and more.

Your Expertise

They are looking for someone with 3-5 years of Legal PA experience within a comparable environment, preferably with litigation experience. Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management, and a consultative approach are essential. You should be adept at managing tasks efficiently, maintaining service accuracy, and staying calm under pressure. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to work flexibly are crucial.
