Responsibilities:
- Manage diaries with foresight, addressing any scheduling conflicts.
- Coordinate meetings, travel, and accommodation with meticulous attention to detail.
- Assist in nurturing client relationships alongside the team.
- Prepare and draft correspondence for approval, complete dictations, and ensure the organisation of internal and external events.
- Oversee file management, including opening forms, conflict checks, compliance, archiving, and off-site storage.
- Handle financial data management, post scanning, expense claims, and invoice processing.
- Maintain up-to-date client contact details and ensure effective communication channels.

Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience as a Legal PA, with a preference for those with a background in litigation.
- Ability to manage upwards with patience and finesse.
- Self-motivated with the capability to deliver high-quality work independently.
- Proficient keyboard skills and familiarity with applications such as Word, Outlook, and digital dictation; PowerPoint and Excel proficiency advantageous.
- A meticulous eye for detail, ensuring quality in all tasks.
- Flexibility to adapt to change and resilience under pressure.
- Strong organisational skills to effectively manage workload and meet deadlines.
- A friendly and approachable demeanor, coupled with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
- A commitment to proactive service delivery to both internal and external clients.
