Your new company
This legal firm is seeking a PA to join their team on a permanent basis paying up to £30,000.
Your new role
You will be responsible for supporting senior associates in the business and providing PA and administrative support to them. This includes diary management, travel and accommodation bookings, supporting with case management system and files, organising events, drafting documents and letters, supporting with initial queries and providing any ad-hoc support needed by the department.
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience working as a legal PA and have worked previously in a legal firm will help you succeed in this role. Ideally, you will also have experience using Proclaim too. You're well-organised with excellent time management and prioritisation skills. You have great written and verbal communication skills, and you're confident liaising with varying levels of the business. You're proactive and can work well on your own initiative and in a team.
