Job Advert: Personal Assistant - Law Firm, Edinburgh

An established and highly regarded law firm in Edinburgh is looking for an experienced Personal Assistant (PA) to support their Dispute Resolution and IP, Data & Contracts teams. This is a full-time role where you will be an integral part of the firm, assisting with a variety of administrative and secretarial tasks for these busy teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide efficient administrative and secretarial support to the legal teams

Prepare, format, and manage legal documents and correspondence

Organise and manage diaries, meetings, and appointments

Coordinate client interactions and ensure excellent client service

Handle document formatting, automatic numbering, and cross-referencing

Maintain filing systems and ensure accurate, efficient records management

Ideal Candidate:

Experienced legal secretary or PA with strong organisational and administrative skills

Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new systems and processes

Exceptional word processing skills with high attention to detail in document formatting

Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels

Professional and approachable with a focus on delivering top-tier service
