My client is a global law firm with an outstanding reputation of having one of the best working cultures in the City of London.

You will be working with high profile lawyers up to Partner level and you will have access to further training and development to ensure your career path continues!

Your day to day duties will include

- extensive diary management

- managing travel arrangements for Uk, Europe and International travel

- assisting with business development activities including planning and arranging events, updating linkedin profiles and working with the in house marketing and business development teams

- managing the financial process of your fee earner's clients including leading WIP meetings and liaising with finance

- assisting with client projects and department/firm wide projects

- supporting junior members of the team and assisting with the use of the Workflow management system

- managing all legal documentation ensuring an efficient and first class service is provided.

Previous experience of working in a law firm or professional services environment is essential as you will be working at a PA level from day one but this role is also available to Junior Legal PAs looking for a step up and their own allocation.

There is hybrid working of 3 days in the office and 2 remote (please note attendance of at least 4 days a week is required for the first month for training and induction purposes).
