Description

  • Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the team.
  • Manage and organise schedules, appointments and meetings.
  • Handle confidential documents in a professional and discreet manner.
  • Assist in the preparation of legal documents.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and other legal professionals.
  • Perform general office duties as needed.
  • Assist with the implementation of office policies and procedures.
  • Support the team in delivering outstanding client service.

Profile

A successful Legal Personal Assistant should have:

  • Proven track record providing legal secretarial/personal assistance within a legal environment.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Previous exposure to legal case management.
  • Proficiency in digital dictation.
  • A high level of discretion when handling confidential information.

Job Offer

  • An estimated salary range of £27,000 to £33,000, commensurate with experience and skills.
  • A 3/2 alternative working from home pattern for staff after probation.
  • 3 holiday buy backs per year after 1 year of service.
