Due to growth in our South West & Wales division, we are looking for a Legal Progressor to join our team in Cardiff.

Within the role, you will be responsible for the prompt and efficient progression of all new sales, from reservation to completion, consulting with the on-site sales teams, solicitors, IFA’s, agents, and customers, ensuring key KPI’s are achieved.

We’re ideally looking for someone who has proven conveyancing experience, in new build properties or within an estate agency, and who has an exceptional understanding of the conveyancing process and related property law. You will have a proven track record in the management and delivery of volume plot sales progression and have a genuine interest in the property and housing market.

It goes without saying that excellent communication skills, a clear focus, diligence, and strong negotiation skills are essential for this role, as is a friendly, team focused approach and a professional attitude.
