We are seeking a corporate receptionist to join a prestigious law firm in the City. As a Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in representing the firm and creating a lasting impression on their clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will need to have direct experience as a receptionist or front of house team member in a professional services environment. You will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling client inquiries, coordinating with various departments, and supporting administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and staff with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Manage the front desk, including answering and directing phone calls, handling emails, and managing the reception area.
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Provide general information and assistance to clients and visitors.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient office operations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 years experience as a receptionist or front of house team member in a professional services environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and demeanour.
