Top UK law firm housed in a stunning city office location, is hiring a new Legal Receptionist on a permanent basis, to work 37.5 hours a week on a weekly shift pattern between 8am – 6.30pm.  Within this role you will working within a team of three being responsible for all FOH duties.

  • Salary is £30,000

Legal Receptionist Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting clients and visitors in a professional manner on arrival.
  • Answering all calls internal and external in a professional manner.
  • Liaising with colleagues to book and set up internal and client meetings.
  • Ordering and preparing the catering for in house lunches and meetings.
  • Keeping meeting rooms and tea points clean, refreshed and tidy at all times.
  • Preparing new starter passes and forms.
  • Responsible for keeping an accurate record of temporary passes and keys.
  • Building strong friendly relationships with other departments to create a great team ethic.
  • Ad hoc copying and scanning for visitors.
  • Administrative duties.
  • Setting up of IT equipment in meeting rooms.
  • Keeping the internal telephones lists up to date in meeting rooms.

Key Requirements of the Legal Receptionist:

  • Previous Reception / FOH experience within a professional services organisation, preferably within a law firm.
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills.
  • Passionate about providing a five-star service to external and internal visitors.
