A leading Manchester City Centre law firm are currently looking to recruit a Legal Receptionist to join their office on a full time basis working Front of House

As a Legal Receptionist you will be required to meet and greet clients, answer incoming telephone calls in a polite and helpful manner, ensure meeting rooms are client-ready at all times and assist with general office administration.

**You must have previous experience within a similar role from either a legal or professional services background**

This is a full-time role (37.5 hours a week) between the hours of 8am and 6pm. Flexibility to cover annual leave and sickness absences will be required.

Duties include 

  • Maintain the Reception area housekeeping 
  • Meet and greet clients and visitors
  • Answer all incoming telephone calls and redirect to the appropriate person
  • Taking accurate, clear telephone messages, and passing on to the relevant person
  • Assist with meeting room booking requests
  • Ensure catering and conference call/AV requirements are provided for each room booking
  • Assist with preparing for marketing events held in the office
  • Maintain orders on catering supplies for meetings and events
