Legal Receptionist

As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in shaping the experience of our clients, visitors, and staff, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:- Greet, assist, and interact with clients, visitors, and staff with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Manage switchboard operations, handle calls via Microsoft Teams, and ensure accurate message relay via email.
- Process and confirm meeting room bookings using the Condeco booking system.
- Prepare meeting rooms, including setting up for hybrid meetings and arranging necessary hospitality services.
- Organise and assist with hospitality and events, including setting up audio-visual systems and troubleshooting issues.
- Participate in a rotational schedule within the Front of House team.
- Maintain effective communication and handovers within the Front of House team.
- Manage administrative tasks related to invoices and expenditures within the team.
- Minimum of 3 years of front-of-house or reception experience in a professional services environment.
- Proficiency in IT systems including Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and online room booking systems like Condeco.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Excellent telephone manner and a thorough understanding of telephone systems.
- Strong commitment to delivering a memorable guest experience.
- Ability to work effectively in a team, demonstrating flexibility, reliability, and initiative.
- Capability to remain composed under pressure.
- Professional demeanour with excellent personal presentation.
