An amazing opportunity has arisen for a Conveyancing Legal Secretary, to join a reputable law firm with offices all around Sussex!

The client are a nationally renowned law firm, who specialise in multiple areas of law, and they are on the lookout for an experienced legal secretary to join their team in Worthing, to assist the conveyancing fee earners with a range of secretarial and administrative tasks.

Day to day, you will be responsible for:

  • Drafting legal documents, eg. contracts, completion statements, and completing property searches; working in combination with fee earners.
  • Verbal and written communication with clients, estate agents, and third-parties involved in the process.
  • Diary management and scheduling, including venue-finding and preparations for meetings/appointments.
  • Document management of files, ensuring compliance and accessibility.
  • Process documents such as billing, invoicing, and documents through to post-completions
