We are delighted to be working with a leading law firm in London based near Cannon Street, renowned for their inclusivity and dedication to supporting their staff.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Legal PA to support the Employment team with comprehensive administrative and secretarial duties on a hybrid working basis, 3 days in and 2 from home. You will be supporting 2 friendly Partners and 5 other fee earners as and when required, but with lots of support around you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage diaries and schedule court dates
  • Prepare and format legal documents
  • Handle client communications and correspondence
  • Organise and maintain case files and documentation
  • Assist with trial preparation and logistics
  • Conduct legal research and compile relevant information
  • Liaise with courts, clients, and external parties
  • Provide general administrative support as needed

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Legal PA, preferably in employment
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Professional and discreet handling of confidential information
  • Proactive and adaptable approach
