We are delighted to be working with this Kingston Upon Thames based law firm, they have been going for over 40 years and have an excellent reputation. They are recruiting for a Legal Secretary on a permanent full-time basis. This role will be fully office based.

Salary: £26,000 - £29,000

Typical duties include:

  • Handling customer relations and being the first point of call for clients
  • Performing clerical and administrative duties
  • Assisting fee earners
  • Communicating via email and telephone
  • Managing partners diaries
  • Working within the Private Client team

Candidate specification:

  • Previous experience within legal support
  • Preferably with experience within Private Client, however experience within another legal discipline will be considered
  • Great communication skills
  • Excellent typing and note taking ability
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Experience using IT packages
  • Team player
