The Firm
A leading, Commercial law firm is seeking a Legal Secretary to join their highly successful team.

The Opportunity
The successful Legal Secretary will provide secretarial and administrative support to Fee Earners and Partners within their busy Real Estate team. Duties to include:

  • Typing dictation files
  • Drafting Transfers, AP1s, DS1s as and when required
  • Obtaining company documents through Companies House
  • Completing and submitting SDLTs online
  • Putting together report documentation for purchases
  • Procuring indemnity policy quotes
  • Diary management
  • Dealing with file opening and due diligence requirements
  • File closures

This Legal Secretary opportunity is a full time role, working Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.30pm

Requirements

  • At least 3 years' experience working as Legal Secretary
  • Experience supporting a busy Residential and/or Commercial Property team
