Legal Secretary (Real Estate) - Farnborough

Excellent opportunity for a Legal Secretary to join a top-ranked law firm.

Our client is an award-winning, Legal 500 rated law firm with offices spread throughout the South East. They are currently looking for a Legal Secretary to join their busy Real Estate department in Farnborough, Hampshire.

The role will involve providing a full legal secretarial & administrative service including:

  • full typing service (digital dictation used)
  • opening files, raising bills etc.
  • answering telephone calls, letters, faxes and e-mails
  • organising diaries and making appointments
  • preparing documents
  • dealing with enquiries from clients
  • assisting with research as instructed by Fee Earners
  • assisting Fee Earners with their caseloads and undertaking some junior level fee earning work under supervision

To be considered, you must have previous legal secretary experience, preferably gained in a Property department.
