Legal Secretary - Oxford 

A Oxford based Solicitors practice are looking to recruit an experienced Legal Secretary to their residential conveyancing team.

Duties within this role may include things such as:-
  • Dealing with the opening and closing of files.
  • Producing relevant letters, documents and other correspondence.
  • Requesting searches.
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing calls to provide updates to relevant parties and chase things up where necessary.
  • Audio typing.
  • Dealing with incoming documents and scanning relevant documents onto case management system. 
  • General administrative duties to assist in the smooth day to day running of transactions.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate experience in the area of residential conveyancing in their current or previous positions. 

Experience of dealing with Microsoft office programmes and case management systems will be required and it is essential that you have a personable and friendly nature in order to fit into the current team.

The salary for this role will be based on experience up to around the £30K region this will be part of a good overall package within a firm who truly look after their people.
