Search Manchester - Legal Secretary - Permanent

Monday - Friday
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 DOE
Location: Central Manchester (Hybrid/Flexible working arrangements)

Search Manchester are currently recruiting for a Legal Secretary for a well-established national law firm based in Manchester.

A Legal Secretaries Duties:

  • Diary management for a team of fee earners.
  • Creating and issuing monthly invoices for clients.
  • Proof reading documentation, amending and styling legal documents according to the company standards.
  • Supporting the team with all administrative duties and secretarial tasks.
  • Assisting the fee earners with financial management e.g. disbursements, client balances, dealing with a range of client specific billing requirements.
  • The right candidate will have:


Traits the ideal Legal Secretary will have:

  • Confident
  • Highly experienced with the Microsoft Package
  • Ability to prioritise and delegate work when necessary
  • Prior experience on case management systems.
  • Strong organisational skills
