Legal Secretary

We are seeking a dedicated Legal Secretary to provide comprehensive support to our legal team. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, possess excellent administrative skills, and have a keen eye for detail. This role is based in the bustling town of Weybridge and offers a competitive salary with the opportunity to work in a dynamic legal environment.
Day-to-day of the role:- Prepare, type, and format legal documents, correspondence, and reports.
- Manage diaries, schedule appointments, and maintain an organised filing system.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and in compliance with legal standards.
- Assist with the preparation of court bundles and documents for trials.
- Communicate with clients, solicitors, and other professionals to schedule meetings and coordinate activities.
- Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and managing incoming and outgoing post.
- Support the legal team with research and case preparation as needed.
- Proven experience as a Legal Secretary or similar administrative role.
- Familiarity with legal documents, terminology, and the legal process.
- Excellent typing and IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and strong attention to detail.
- Competitive salary range of £24,000 to £29,000 per annum.
