Are you experienced within Legal? Seeking a new role? Look no further 

 Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Administrator / Secretary to support their Deeds Manager. This role is central to our client onboarding process and involves a variety of administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Onboarding: Create and manage client records, conduct conflict checks, and handle compliance procedures.
  • ID Verification: Review and verify client identification, perform electronic checks, and validate ID against external sources.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all tasks align with Anti-Money Laundering and other regulatory requirements.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with the management of client Deeds and Wills registers, and support the team with daily post deliveries.

About You:

  • Educational Background: Degree level preferred.
  • Experience:  Experience in a law firm is essential with a keen understanding of Client Engagement procedures.
  • Skills: Strong analytical abilities, excellent communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Characteristics: A team player who is adaptable and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
