A Legal Secretary in Newcastle is required for our client, a Top 100 Law Firm. This is a varied role in the Social Housing Litigation department. As a Legal Secretary, your duties will include:

  • Managing Fee Earner diaries, checking for conflicts
  • Inbox management, prioritising tasks, agreeing deadlines with the team
  • Preparing, submitting and downloading searches
  • Preparation and amendment of documents and correspondence using MS office and case management
  • Document management, e-filing
  • Client care, taking instructions (under direction).
