Legal Secretary
The Residential Conveyancing Secretary is responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support. The ideal candidate will be proficient in drafting own contracts, be fully conversant with standard conveyancing forms, Land Registry applications and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Drafting and preparing conveyancing documents, including contracts, leases, and other legal documents
- Managing the conveyancing process from start to finish, including liaising with clients, solicitors, and other professionals
- Providing administrative support including filing, data entry, and correspondence
- Ensuring that all conveyancing documents are completed and filed correctly
- Meeting deadlines and adhering to all legal requirements
- Providing excellent customer service to clients and colleagues
