The Firm
Our client, a well known law firm with a global reputation is seeking a Legal Secretary to join the team in their City of London office.

The Opportunity
The successful candidate will need to be a proactive and highly competent Legal Secretary who thrives working in a pressurised and fast-paced environment. You will support three Partners with administrative and secretarial tasks whilst providing professional, client-focused support, and building effective relationships. Duties to include:

  • File opening and closing
  • Client due diligence checks
  • Sending out client communications
  • Copy typing of documents
  • Making and taking calls in a professional manner
  • Diary management
  • Preparing bills, management of payments, receipts and transfers
  • File archiving
  • Reception cover when needed
  • Ad hoc duties as required

This Legal Secretary opportunity, is full time, permanent role, working Monday - Friday, 9:30am -5:30pm

Requirements

  • Previous Legal Secretary experience within a law firm
  • Strong IT skills (including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Fast, accurate typing skills
