An incredible opportunity has arisen for a legal secretary to join a vibrant and dynamic corporate and commercial team. In this role, you'll provide essential administrative and secretarial support to partners and fee earners, making a tangible impact on the firm's success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing correspondence and documentation using the case management system
  • Organising schedules, appointments, and meetings
  • Handling calls, emails, and letters
  • Drafting legal documents, including letters and invoices
  • Assisting with case management and maintaining databases
  • Coordinating with clients and legal professionals
  • Managing file matters, from client onboarding to file closures
  • Assisting with billing and invoicing
  • Performing dictation, minute-taking, and audio typing as required

We are looking for candidates with previous legal secretarial experience, ideally in a commercial firm. The ideal candidate will have a high typing accuracy (minimum 65 wpm), exceptional communication skills, and a strong understanding of client confidentiality. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PDF software is a must.
