A fantastic opening has arisen for a skilled and confident Legal Secretary to join a dynamic Property team. The Role:
This vacancy suits an individual with proven expertise in property-related legal work, whether it involves commercial properties or housing transactions. The successful applicant will be adaptable, keen to develop professionally, and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving setting.

Main Duties:
  • Deliver full secretarial and administrative assistance to solicitors, overseeing case files from start to finish.
  • Manage a high volume of typing duties, including audio dictation, with speed and precision.
  • Prepare correspondence, agreements, and legal paperwork with close attention to accuracy.
  • Perform land and property searches and take on related responsibilities in line with prior experience.
  • Support the wider team with shared typing tasks to help maintain workflow efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Prior involvement in commercial property or residential conveyancing is advantageous.
  • Able to work independently and handle a demanding caseload.
  • Self-assured, energetic, and ready to act on your own initiative.
  • Thorough, dependable, and attentive to the finer details.
  • Enjoys working in a professional, yet friendly and informal team atmosphere.
