Hours: Full time, hybrid (4 days considered)

A super opportunity for a Legal Secretary to join the thriving and friendly central Leeds branch of this legal practice. As a Legal Secretary, you will work within the Commercial and Civil Litigation team, assisting with a wide variety of duties. As part of the central Leeds branch, you will be working alongside another Secretary, providing support to Fee Earners.

Daily Duties

  • Audio and copy typing
  • Document production
  • File management
  • Client care
  • Diary management and making appointments
  • Dealing with email and telephone correspondence.

Required Skills

  • Previous experience as a Legal Secretary or Administrator is essential.
  • Exposure to Litigation is desirable.
