Meraki Talent’s client is on the lookout for a Knowledge Solutions Manager to join their team. They are a global award-winning law firm who provide legal services for corporate, financial and private clients.
  
You’ll be joining a small team, working closely with other teams and stakeholders to make operations more effective and efficient. They are looking for someone who has experience working within a similar environment, to manage relevant knowledge databases and websites for internal and external use, implement collaborations tools to support knowledge sharing for both clients and in house, and ensure all implementation is aligned with the businesses goals.
  
Responsibilities of the Legal Tech Solutions Manager
  • Build collaboration tools to support knowledge sharing for internally and externally for the teams and clients
  • Use your expertise to drive forward the integration and alignment of legal and client knowledge solutions across the business and utilise existing platforms
  • Assist lawyers with the authoring processes and proof content for the websites and databases
  • Find innovative ways of using its know-how to add value to key client relationships
Background of the Legal Tech Solutions Manager
  • Experience working within a legal environment
  • Strong experience using legal technologies such as iManage, Contract Express or similar
  • Strong experience working with Stakeholders and business professionals of all levels
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
