One of Meraki Talents Legal clients are hiring for a Support Analyst. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to kickstart their career in IT and play a crucial part in a global Law firm. The company  invests heavily in new technology and embraces innovation and change as a source of competitive advantage.

They are looking for someone who is motivated by technology with career progression at the forefront of their mind. They are open to someone who is a law graduate who is passionate about technology or someone who currently has experience in a legal tech position. 

Responsibilities of the Support Analyst:

  • Assisting users to resolve queries and escalating any issues to other teams if required
  • Becoming a true expert with house systems such as HighQ, AI Platforms and Litera transact
  • Help with the process of upskilling both internal and external clients to ensure great user experience
  • Provide admin support for product managers and admitting regular user and project archiving
Background of the Support Analyst:
  • Motivated by all thing’s tech with a keen desire to learn and upskill
  • Knowledge of legal technology would be a bonus but not essential
  • Desire to work in an environment that provides regular feedback to help further career development
  • Excellent interpersonal skills that allow you to collaborate with both internal & external clients
