Lettings Administrator

Nottingham City Centre

£24,500 per annum + £2,000 annual bonus

Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5pm (1-hour lunch)

The Lettings Administrator is essential to the property management team, ensuring smooth daily operations. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and effective communication with international agents, tenants, and property management teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and track check-out reports and inspections, ensuring timely distribution to tenants.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team.
  • Assist in preparing for weekly team meetings by gathering relevant data and documentation.
  • Monitor and track KPI data, reporting significant metrics to Senior Leaders.
  • Handle all communications swiftly and professionally to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of administrative or relevant experience.
  • Highly articulate with excellent communication skills.
  • Professional demeanour with a proactive approach.
  • Strong team player capable of working in a dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Keen attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
