My client is a multi-award-winning estate and letting agent based in the heart of Birmingham city centre. The role involves supporting the Property Management team with a variety of tasks. The ideal candidate must be able to multitask and prioritise effectively. We are looking for someone who can manage this responsibility with ease and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong organisational skills and a genuine passion for administration, checklists, and completing tasks are essential. Efficiency is important, while ensuring that tasks and issues are handled with care and attention. Proficiency with technology and software is required. While prior property management experience is not essential, we do seek experience in administration.

This is a full-time role based in a city centre office for around 90% of your time. Around 10% of your time will be spent out of the office on site and client visits.
