As a Lettings Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work with residential properties, negotiate offers with landlords, conduct viewings, and follow up with leads.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of compliance and possess excellent negotiation skills. This is a permanent role based in the heart of the real estate and property sector, offering a competitive salary range of
£25000.00 - £28000.00.
Preferred Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Lettings Negotiator or Lettings Consultant
- Demonstrated negotiation skills with a track record of successful deals
- Strong understanding of compliance in the real estate and property sector
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
