Lettings Director

Our client is a new social enterprise lettings agency launching very soon in east London. They are currently on the hunt for an experienced, hands-on Lettings Director to help them bring care and responsibility to the Private Rental Sector.

As the first key hire for this exciting new company, you will be the figurehead for the agency. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and lead the launch of the new venture and to grow and inspire an effective team to ensure maximum success and impact.

The key responsibilities of the role include:

• Implementing vision and company strategy
• Embedding company culture and values
• Overseeing all company operations and performance against business plan
• External communications and relationships
• Board reporting and relationships
• Internal and external corporate governance.
