OTE- £30,000 - £35,000 - Uncapped Commission - Car Allowance - Career Progression

At Barnard Marcus, part of the Connells Group, We are looking to recruit a Lettings Executive to join our fantastic residential Lettings team in Streatham. You will be responsible for generating new Market Appraisal opportunities by calling existing data, building relationships with new landlords and canvassing properties that are on the market. 

The candidate will need to be confident on the phone and comfortable approaching new prospects.

Key responsibilities of aLettings Executive

The main purpose of the role is to generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate agreements, agree lets & progress let’s through to exchange and completion.

Skills and experience required to be a successful Lettings Executive
  • Preferably an experienced sales person
  • Able to generate new business in a target driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
