Lettings Inventory / Inspection Clerk - Manchester - up to £25k

My client is a leading, independent multi branch Lettings and Estate Agency brand who have built up an impressive reputation in the area over several years. Due to increased growth within their Lettings Department they are looking for a Lettings Inventory and Inspection Clerk. Experience would be preferred however full training will be provided to the right candidate.

The main duties of the role will involve:

  • Working closely with the Lettings and Property Management teams in branch
  • Carrying out routine property visits and reporting on findings
  • Preparing inventories and schedules of condition
  • Dealing with check ins and check outs and photography of properties
  • Noting damages to properties
  • Obtaining meter readings

Essential Skills required:

  • Lettings experience preferred
  • Be organised and have good attention to detail
  • Have the ability to work towards deadlines and use your own initiative
  • Full UK driving licence and car for which business mileage will be paid
