We are working with a leading name in the Property Lettings and Estate Agency sector in Kent, currently seeking to grow their Lettings division, bringing on a Senior Lettings Manager.

You will take control of a highly skilled team of lettings professionals, who are all tasked with providing exceptional service to clients. You will manage the business profitability and growth, whilst motivating and mentoring the team through regular meetings and coaching.

You will actively list properties, advising landlords on optimal pricing and service, and collaborate with the team to match properties with potential tenants.

You will also build on your local knowledge and contacts, staying informed about local market trends, becoming a recognized expert.

To fulfil the role, you must have the ability to build strong relationships with clients and convert valuations into listings, with a genuine interest in helping people find their ideal homes. Drive, determination, ambition, self-motivation and a passion for excellence are all key words that will help.

To succeed, you must have a proactive approach to getting things done, with a strong work ethic, and a valid driving license is essential.
