Elevate Projects are working in partnership with a valued client to appoint a Lettings Manager. You will be leading the housing lettings service, being responsible for the re-lets of approximately 400 council properties per year, managing a team of lettings officers and providing guidance and technical advice. This role is predominately office based.

For this role you will need:

  • A housing management qualification
  • Knowledge and understandings of lettings management.
  • Experienced in leading, managing and motivating staff.
