  • Full time, permanent
  • Base salary of £25,000 - £30,000
  • OTE of £40,000 - £45,000

Our client is a locally based independent family business, supported by a nationwide chain of Letting & Estate Agents. Operating in the Warminster area for nearly 20 years, they have a deep understanding of their community's needs.

The Role:

As the Lettings Manager, you will play a crucial role in the growth and success of the business. You will oversee all aspects of the lettings operations, from marketing to compliance, and drive the performance of your team to exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing marketing activities, conducting valuations, and liaising with landlords
  • Listing new properties
  • Managing and developing staff
  • Recruiting staff and conducting regular performance reviews
  • Developing and evolving business plans for lettings
  • Increasing overall profit margins
  • Producing and updating reports on department performance
  • Managing compliance
