Lettings Manager

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen with our clients, a growing business in the Norwich area.  Our successful clients are seeking a strong Lettings professional to join their team and drive the department forward. The role will involve listing properties to the market, some Property Management and working closely with the team to ensure smooth running of the department. The position offers future growth with the opportunity to progress to Partnership level in the future

Working hours:

• Full Time
• Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm
• 1 in 4 Saturdays 10am – 3pm

The successful Lettings Manager will be offered:

• Basic salary up to £28,000
• Commission structure with on target earnings of £35,000 - £38,000 per annum
• Career Progression with Partnership option
• Expenses paid

To be considered for the Lettings Manager role you must have:

• Experience in Lettings industry
• Strong listing skills
• Good knowledge of Lettings legislation
• Ability to carry out Property Management

As a Lettings Manager, your role will involve:

• Attending Valuation and closing for Lettings instructions
• Dealing with Property Management issues
• Ability to drive the Lettings business forward
