We are seeking a dynamic Lettings Negotiator to contribute to a vision of "enriching residential communities with expertise and passion, making cities incredible places to live."

As a Lettings Negotiator, you will play a crucial role in the team, responsible for:

• Conducting lettings viewings and market appraisals.
• Negotiating offers and securing lets, ensuring a seamless and efficient lettings process.
• Keeping systems up to date and adhering to all legislative and company policies.
• Conducting competitor analysis and producing insightful reports.
• Delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients.

• Be a brand and product ambassador, always representing company with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Conduct viewings, lettings market appraisals, and manage time and diaries effectively.
• Provide constructive and consultative feedback to landlords.
• Process new tenancy applications and ensure all regulatory requirements are met.
• Handle general enquiries via telephone and email, ensuring comprehensive notes are recorded.
• Recommend additional services or third-party business partners where appropriate.
• Assist with key handling, ensuring correct personnel/residents sign in and out keys in line with company procedures.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a superb telephone manner.
• Confident self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Skilled in applicant qualification, conducting viewings, and negotiating to close deals.
• Strong rapport-building and people skills, with a drive to offer the best customer service.
• Ability to work towards targets and objectives, maintaining a proactive approach.
