Job Title: Lettings Negotiator
Location: Shirley/Longbridge
Basic Salary: £24,000 - £25,000(with ARLA 5/6 pattern)
OTE: £32,000+
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Are you driven, dedicated and looking for a new role within the lettings industry? Our market leading client, in Worcestershire and the West Midlands, is currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our busy Lettings team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Looking after a manageable portfolio of properties available to let.
  • Booking and conducting property viewings.
  • Provisionally vetting prospective tenants.
  • Effectively negotiating and finalising tenancies.
  • Providing regular contact and feedback to landlords and applicants.
  • Updating and maintaining the company’s CRM system.

Our ideal candidate will be:

  • Punctual both in arriving at work and when conducting appointments.
  • Eloquent, friendly and able to quickly build rapport.
  • Organised and able to manage different parts of the lettings process simultaneously.
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Keen to provide the very best level of customer service at all times.
  • Skilled in identifying and prioritising the most important tasks.

Position Details:

  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Working Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday and alternate Saturdays 8:30am to 4:00pm
