Lettings Negotiator

Our client, a well-established and reputable independent Estate Agents is looking for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join it's growing team in the Manchester area.

Working hours:

• Monday to Friday 9:30 am – 6:00 pm

The successful Lettings Negotiator will be offered:

• Up to £25,000 basic
• £50,000 OTE
• Travel expenses paid for
• Career progression
• 5-day working week

Lettings Negotiator requirements:

• Previous Lettings and Property Management experience
• Excellent communication both written and verbal
• Computer literate
• Great customer service
• Full UK driver’s license and own vehicle
• Strong determination to meet and exceed targets

Key tasks of a Lettings Negotiator will include:

• Liaising with tenants, landlords, and contractors
• Arranging inventory check in and check outs
• Drafting tenancy agreements
• Keeping files up to date
• Matching tenants to the right properties and providing them with property information.
