Lettings Negotiator - Newport - up to £28k package (Monday to Friday)

We are recruiting an experienced Lettings Negotiator for our busy and successful Lettings and Estate Agency client based in Newport. A leading, multi branch independent agent who have been established for several years, they provide a traditional Lettings and Estate Agency service coupled with the most up to date technology. They are looking for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to work Monday to Friday where your key responsibilities will be:

  • Arranging viewings and converting enquiries into appointments
  • Qualifying and managing a database of new and existing applicants
  • Booking and attending viewings
  • Carrying out regular Landlord updates
  • Negotiating offers
  • Processing applications
  • Dealing with customer enquiries
  • Business generation

Key Skills required:

  • Lettings experience required
  • Possess excellent customer service skills
  • Results driven
  • Team player
  • Full, clean driving licence and car
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Natural sales ability
  • Self-motivated and organised
  • Desire to succeed

Working Hours - Monday to Friday 8.45am - 5.30pm
