Lettings Negotiator

Position: Lettings Negotiator
Location: Rainham, (Kent)
Hours: Monday – Saturday, 5 days (one day off in the week)
Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 6:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
Salary: Base £19,000 -£22,000 + Commission £5,000 (OTE £24,000 - £27,000)

My client's Rainham branch is seeking a Lettings Negotiator to join our vibrant team. This branch was awarded their Branch of the Year, so there's plenty of opportunity to earn and grow!



Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service to our clients, both landlords and tenants, ensuring a positive letting experience.
  • Property Viewings: Conduct property viewings, showcasing our properties in the best light.
  • Negotiations: Assist in negotiating terms between landlords and tenants.
  • Administrative Support: Handle various administrative tasks related to lettings, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Someone who's looking to work in a fast paced environment
  • At least 6 months of lettings negotiation experience
  • Big personality, friendly and keen to learn and grow!

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Salary: £19,000 - £22,000 base salary plus £5,000 commission, with an OTE of £25,000, £27,000.
