My client is a highly successful and ambitious Estate Agency, Lettings Agency and Property Management Group, who due to continued growth, are now looking to add a Lettings Negotiator to their team.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Lettings Negotiator:

• Register applicants, arrange and carry out property viewings, negotiate between landlords and applicants
• Prepare and upload accurate property details, ensuring compliance
• Generate new business opportunities
• Assisting with general Property Management queries

Required Skills and Qualifications for the Lettings Negotiator:

• Prior experience as a Sales/Lettings Negotiator essential
• Excellent customer service skills
• First-class written and spoken English
• Full UK driving license and use of appropriate car
