Lettings Negotiator

On behalf of a franchised estate agents based in Morden, Surrey, Hawk Personnel are actively seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Lettings Negotiator to join our team.

As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for assisting clients with renting and letting properties. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about property and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:
- Assist clients in renting, and letting properties
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to potential tenants
- Negotiate offers between tenants and landlords
- Prepare and complete all necessary paperwork and documentation
- Coordinate property advertisements and marketing efforts
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the local property market
- Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the entire lettings process
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property lettings is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
