Job Title: Lettings Negotiator
Location: Birmingham - Jewellery Quarter
Basic Salary: £22,000 - £27,000 (depending on experience)
OTE: £35,000 - £40,000
Job Types: Full-ime, Permanent
Experience Required: 1 Year in Lettings
Are you driven, dedicated and looking for a new company to shine in. Our leading Estate Agents, in Birmingham City Centre, is currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our busy Lettings team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Booking and conducting property viewings.
- Provisionally vetting prospective tenants.
- Effectively negotiating and finalising tenancies.
- Providing regular contact and feedback to landlords and applicants.
- Updating and maintaining the company’s CRM system.
- Ensuring properties are compliant with current regulations.
Our ideal candidate will be:
- Punctual both in arriving at work and when conducting appointments.
- Eloquent, friendly and able to quickly build rapport.
- Organised and able to manage different parts of the lettings process simultaneously.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Keen to provide the very best level of customer service at all times.
- Already in possession of a full driving license and car.
Position Details:
- Job Type: Full-time
- Working Hours: 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday and alternate Saturdays 10:00am to 2:00pm
