Job Title: Part-time Lettings Negotiator (3 days a week)
Location: Solihull
Basic: £12,000 (negotiable based on experience)
On Target Earnings:£16,000

Required: 1 year's experience as a Lettings Negotiator.

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Lettings professional to join an award winning, leading Independent estate agent, renowned for providing excellent customer service and great team.

The Role

  • Providing advice to potential landlords.
  • Conducting viewings and negotiating terms between landlords and tenants to secure lettings.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Achieving set targets and contributing to the overall success of the team and company.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience in Residential Lettings
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • A strong understanding of the property market
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • A customer-focused approach, with the drive to provide outstanding service.
  • A team player with the initiative to work independently.
  • A valid UK driving license.
