Salary: OTE £40k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join an independent Estate Agency in the Kingston area and be part of a truly exceptional team of dynamic, customer focused and highly motivated professional people.

The right candidate will be smart, well-presented, articulate, persuasive and have the drive and determination to succeed. In addition, you will be passionate about estate agency and lettings and in delivering a superior service in an environment where you will be rewarded on your sales ability.

Skills: The skills required for thisLettings Negotiator(Residential Lettings) role will include:

• Previous experience in residential lettings
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Great telephone manner
• Outstanding communication skills
• Impeccable presentation and delivery
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Local knowledge of the Kingston area helpful
• Full UK driving license & car owner
