Lettings Negotiator - Chestertons

Location: Varying locations (Central London)
Full-Time | £18,000 - £22,000 + Commission | Travel or Car allowance provided (Role dependant)

Chestertons, a prestigious name in estate agency and proud member of the Campions Group, we are now looking for experienced Lettings Negotiators to join our Central London Region.

About the Role:
As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be the face of Chestertons—working closely with landlords and tenants, conducting viewings, negotiating deals, and delivering exceptional customer service at every touchpoint.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 12 months’ experience in the property industry (lettings preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven ability to meet and exceed targets
• Highly organised with a proactive attitude
• Knowledge of the local market is a plus
• Full UK driving licence (preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Registering and managing applicant enquiries
• Conducting property viewings
• Negotiating offers and finalising lets
• Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Ensuring compliance with current lettings legislation
• Contributing to the overall success of the team
