Lettings Negotiator

Location: Horsham, West Sussex
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: £21,000 per year

• On-Target Earnings: £30,000+ (with uncapped commission)

• Guaranteed Income: First 2 months earnings guaranteed

• Working Hours: 5 days per week including Saturdays (2 on, 1 off rota for work-life balance)

• Car Requirement: Full UK driving licence and own vehicle required

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a Lettings Negotiator to join our dynamic team. This is a customer-facing sales role within the property industry, ideal for someone who is driven, personable, and passionate about property.

As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for managing the lettings process from start to finish. You will conduct viewings, generate new business, liaise with landlords and tenants, and provide excellent customer service throughout.

Key Responsibilities

• Arrange and attend property viewings

• Match applicants to suitable rental properties

• Negotiate offers between landlords and tenants

• Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and local businesses

• Generate leads and increase instructions through proactive business development

• Work towards individual and team targets and KPIs

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in estate agency or a customer-facing sales role (preferred but not essential)

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Target-driven with a positive, can-do attitude

• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Passion for property and helping people find their ideal home

• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
